A multifunctional five-axis machining center that, depending on the machining tasks, can also be equipped with a sixth axis for rotating the tool spindle.

The lower main spindle performs movement along the Y-axis as well as rotation / indexed swivel of the workpiece. The tool spindle, designed to use driven tools, moves along the X and Z axes and offers the rotation range from –30° to +120°. Coordinated motion along the axes enables machining of workpieces with complex contours.

The machine is equipped with the 24-position tool magazine. Turning, milling, and drilling operations, as well as skiving of the gears, can be performed on one machine in a single setup and in automatic mode.

The column-type machine base design ensures stability and resistance to vibrations.
