Sales Representative

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote CNC machines and other company products.
  • Identify and engage new customers in manufacturing, machining, and metalworking sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and machine demonstrations at customer sites or trade shows.
  • Collaborate with the service and technical teams to provide accurate quotations, configurations, and after-sales support.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, forecasts, and activity reports.

Requirements

  • Technical or commercial education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Sales, or related field).

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales of CNC machines, industrial automation, or metalworking equipment.

  • Strong technical understanding of CNC machining processes, cutting tools, and production technology.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
