Consent to the processing of personal data for applicants

By filling out this form, I consent to United Machines LLC, located at: Russian Federation, Moscow, 117630, Moscow, Akademika Chelomeya St., Building 3, Bldg. 2, Office 1/14/6 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), processing my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data" (hereinafter referred to as 152-FZ) under the following conditions:

1. Purpose of processing personal data:

Recruitment of personnel to fill vacant positions.

2. List of personal data for which consent is given to be processed:

• Full name;
• Contact phone number;
• Email address;
• Gender;
• Place of employment;
• Position;
• Work experience;
• Education.

3. The Operator has the right to perform the following actions with the above personal data through automated processing and processing without the use of automated tools (underline as appropriate): collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

4. I consent to the Operator entrusting the processing of my personal data to United Machines LLC (TIN: 9728132305, address: 117630, Moscow, Akademika Chelomeya St., Bldg. 3, Bldg. 2, Office 1/14/6) for the purpose specified in Clause 1 of this Consent.

5. This consent is granted for five (5) years from the date the purpose for processing my personal data is achieved. A different period may be provided by Russian law.

6. I may revoke this consent at any time by written request. This written request must be sent to the Operator by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or handed over to the Operator's representative against signature. In the event of revocation of this Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6 and Part 2 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
