Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Install and commission CNC machines and related equipment at customer facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Diagnose machine errors and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with service and manufacturing teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and parts usage records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all service activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and product feedback to enhance machine performance and reliability.

Requirements

• Technical degree or certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience servicing CNC machines (milling, turning, grinding, or similar equipment).

• Strong knowledge of CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain).

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics.

• Hands-on experience with alignment, calibration, and precision measurement tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (domestic and/or international).
