Spare Parts Purchasing Assistant – CNC Machines

Location: Dubai

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the procurement of spare parts, tools, and consumables for CNC machines and related equipment.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and confirm delivery schedules.
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up on shipments and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and supplier information.
  • Coordinate with the technical and service departments for identifying correct spare parts.
  • Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
  • Track and report on purchasing performance, delivery times, and supplier compliance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (1–3 years) in purchasing or spare parts management — preferably in the CNC or industrial machinery sector.
  • Basic understanding of CNC machines, mechanical components, and industrial spare parts.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP or purchasing software.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken, — knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
